The Box Part II

Archie roamed around the apartment for a while completely avoiding the box. Arnie on the other hand was circling the box like a vulture. Trying his best to figure out what was in it. Cappuccino was off in the kitchen warming up some left over Chinese food trying to figure out how she let it get this far.
"AHA!" Archer yelled out pulling an empty bottle from behind the empty book shelf. "I knew it, I knew it, woowee I knew it!... Jones get in here!"
Cappuccino just sat on the kitchen counter unfazed refusing to move. Archer stomped his way into the kitchen carefully holding the bottle with two fingers. She looked up from her food with her mouthful muttering out the word 'what'.
"I thought I told you," Cappuccino put up her hand motioning for him to stop talking. Archer's jaw dropped. Cappuccino hopped off the counter and walked over to him and closed his mouth. She took a hard swallow.
"Shut up Archie," she said to him, then she walked out of the kitchen. Archer just stood there in the middle of the kitchen. There was a chill that ran up his spine. "Archer get in here, and come open this box," Cappuccino called from the living room.
Archer was still in shook. Arnold walked into the kitchen to check on him. "Hey, Archie come on man. I gotta get going soon," he waved his hands in front of Archers face.
Cappuccino walked into the kitchen pushing Arnold out of her way and grab the bottle out of Archers hand and put it in the recycling bin. "Come on," she said grabbing Archers hand and dragging him to the living room. She dragged him up to the box and let go of his hand. She continued on until she made it to the couch then she plopped down. "Archie open the box."
"No," Archer said in a low dull tone.
"Now," Cappuccino said in her assertive voice.
"Fine you meany," Archer said as he pulled out a box cutter.
While Archer was struggling to open the box Cappuccino waved Arnold over to the couch to sit down and watch the show. Archer seemed to find it slight difficult to open the box. He was having trouble getting the box cutter to cut.
"Archie do you need help, because I have to go pick up the kids from school soon," Arnold announced as Archer stabbed at the box, which seized when he heard the word kids.
Archer swung around holding the box cutter towards Arnold, "What kids, you don't have kids? Since when are you picking up kids? That doesn't sound to legal my friend. Do I need to call the police? Cappuccino give me your phone? Listen Arnie if your lonely you don't need to pick up kids. I knew this place one south street..."
"Archie just stop please. There my girl friends kids," Arnold explained.
"How old is your girl friend?"
"Well her name is Jennifer, and she's thirty-six years old," Arnold informed him.
"Oh a cougar. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiccccccccccccccccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeee," Archer said.
"Please don't do that. Just open the box," Arnold told him.
"Buddy, Arnie my good ole pal. When's the last time you had a girl friend? What was it like third grade?," Archer asked his friend. Arnold just stood there staring at him.
"Forget this," Cappuccino said as she got up from the couch. She walked over to Archer and grabbed the blade of the box cutter.
"Woo, woo, woo be careful," Archer said as he released the cutter. Cappuccino walked over to the box and sliced off the top.
When they looked in the box they were greeted by bubble wrap. Cappuccino grabbed the bubble wrap and took it back to the couch. Once she walked away with the bubble wrap there was a long line of it following her. Five feet of bubble wrap later the boys were face to face with Styrofoam peanuts. Archer went to go dig around in the box but he couldn't find what he was looking for.
"Hey, Jones do you have a vacuum cleaner?" Archer asked.
She looked up from her bubble wrap, "why?" Archer picked up the box and dumped all of its contents on the floor. "Archer you're a dead man!" she jumped off of the couch.
"Hey you guys I really have to get going," Arnold put his coat on. "So what's in the box any way? I want to know what caused Archie's death," Arnold looked down at the mountain of Styrofoam that lay before them.
"AHA!" Archer lunged down. "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I present to you all," Archer spoon around with a tiny little black metallic box in his hand.
"You are so dead," Arnold told his friend as he headed for the door.
Before he could leave Archer called out, "Don't you want to know what it does?" Arnold stopped in his tracks thinking it over. He then turned his head around and asked him what it did. "I Honestly don't know."
"Good luck Archie," he saluted his friend. "Cappuccino just make sure we can have an open casket. I know his mother would really appreciate it. Thank you," Arnold said before turning around and leaving the apartment.
